Terms governing the use of HANUONE.

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using HANUONE services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to HANUONE.

HANUONE is a technology-enabled healthcare platform operated by PAGD Healthcare Network Private Limited ("PAGD Healthcare", "Company", "HANUONE", "we", "us" or "our").

HANUONE may provide technology and facilitation services for healthcare-related services including, as applicable:

Some services may be provided directly by PAGD Healthcare and some may be fulfilled by independent healthcare professionals, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, diagnostic partners or other third-party service providers ("Healthcare Providers").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using HANUONE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and applicable policies displayed on the platform.

  • Online/teleconsultations
  • Doctor discovery and appointment booking
  • Second-opinion facilitation
  • Nursing and home-care services
  • Physiotherapy and allied healthcare services
  • Diagnostic tests and health checkups
  • Home sample collection
  • Pharmacy/medicine-related services
  • Preventive healthcare services
  • Health information and educational content
  • AI-enabled health information and assistance
  • Healthcare professional discovery and engagement
  • Health-related reminders, communication and follow-up services

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use HANUONE.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Where a patient is a minor, services must be accessed through a parent, legal guardian or another legally authorized adult wherever required.

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Not impersonate another person.
  • Not use another person’s account without authorization.

Healthcare professionals may be subject to separate professional agreements, verification procedures and onboarding requirements.

3. Nature of HANUONE

HANUONE is primarily a healthcare technology and service-facilitation platform. Depending on the service selected, HANUONE may:

  • Facilitate discovery of healthcare professionals
  • Facilitate appointment scheduling
  • Facilitate communication between users and healthcare professionals
  • Facilitate payment
  • Coordinate home healthcare services
  • Facilitate diagnostic bookings
  • Provide technology infrastructure
  • Provide health information
  • Provide AI-enabled informational assistance
  • Connect users with third-party healthcare providers

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, HANUONE does not itself replace the independent professional judgment of a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, laboratory professional, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare provider.

4. Independent Healthcare Professionals

Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals available through HANUONE may be independent professionals or may be associated with third-party healthcare organizations.

Each healthcare professional is responsible for:

HANUONE facilitates technology and service coordination and does not interfere with the independent clinical judgment of healthcare professionals.

  • Prescriptions
  • Clinical documentation
  • Professional conduct

Where applicable, healthcare professionals are required to provide appropriate registration and qualification information.

5. Teleconsultation

Teleconsultation services are subject to applicable Indian laws, professional standards and telemedicine requirements.

A healthcare professional may determine whether a patient can appropriately be managed through teleconsultation.

A healthcare professional may:

  • Request additional information
  • Request photographs/documents
  • Recommend physical examination
  • Recommend diagnostic testing
  • Recommend an in-person consultation
  • Decline to provide a prescription through teleconsultation where clinically or legally inappropriate

Teleconsultation is not appropriate for every medical condition. For emergencies, users should seek immediate in-person emergency medical care.

6. Appointments and Bookings

Users are responsible for:

Appointment availability is subject to real-time availability of the relevant Healthcare Provider.

  • Selecting the correct service
  • Providing accurate patient information
  • Selecting the correct date and time
  • Attending appointments on time
  • Ensuring that the contact details provided are correct

HANUONE does not guarantee availability of a particular professional at a particular time unless a booking has been successfully confirmed.

7. Home Healthcare Services

Home healthcare services may include nursing, physiotherapy, sample collection and other eligible services.

Home visits may depend on:

The assigned Healthcare Provider may change where necessary because of availability, operational requirements or patient safety.

  • Geographical serviceability
  • Professional availability
  • Patient requirements
  • Safety conditions
  • Service type
  • Time of booking
  • Weather, traffic or other operational circumstances

HANUONE may use allocation and matching systems to identify an appropriate available professional.

8. Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic tests may be performed by PAGD Healthcare or third-party diagnostic/laboratory partners.

Test results depend on:

  • Specimen quality
  • Collection conditions
  • Transportation
  • Laboratory methodology
  • Equipment
  • Biological variation
  • Quality-control procedures
  • Clinical context

A laboratory report should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional in the context of the patient’s clinical history. A test result alone should not be treated as a diagnosis unless appropriately interpreted by a qualified professional.

9. Pharmacy and Medicine Services

Where medicine/pharmacy services are offered, fulfilment may be performed by licensed pharmacies or other authorized providers.

Availability, pricing, substitutions, delivery and prescription requirements may vary.

Prescription medicines will be supplied only where legally permitted and subject to applicable prescription requirements.

HANUONE does not encourage self-medication.

Users should not start, stop or change prescribed medicines solely on the basis of information displayed on the platform.

10. AI Health Assistant

HANUONE may provide AI-powered healthcare information or assistance. AI-generated information:

  • Is informational
  • May contain errors
  • May not consider the complete clinical history
  • Is not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional
  • Should not be relied upon for emergency decisions

The AI system should not be treated as a medical professional, emergency service or definitive diagnostic system. Where a user’s symptoms may indicate a medical emergency, the user should seek immediate professional medical assistance.

11. User Health Information

Healthcare services may require users to provide information including:

Users must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

  • Name
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Contact information
  • Medical history
  • Symptoms
  • Allergies
  • Medications
  • Laboratory reports
  • Prescriptions
  • Imaging reports
  • Other health-related information

Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the quality or appropriateness of healthcare services. Processing of personal and health-related information is governed by the HANUONE Privacy Policy.

12. Payments

Where applicable, users may be required to make payment before receiving a service.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

HANUONE does not store complete payment-card information unless specifically permitted and required under applicable law and security standards.

The final price displayed at checkout will apply to the relevant booking unless otherwise stated.

13. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service booked. The applicable cancellation/refund terms may be displayed:

  • Under a separate refund policy

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway and financial institution. Certain costs may be non-refundable where the service has already been substantially performed.

14. Promotions and Offers

HANUONE may offer promotional discounts, coupons, referral benefits or other offers. Unless expressly stated:

HANUONE may operate referral, ambassador, community or healthcare awareness programs.

Participants must follow the applicable program terms and Code of Conduct.

Participants must not:

  • Make false medical claims
  • Guarantee treatment outcomes
  • Misrepresent HANUONE
  • Impersonate healthcare professionals
  • Provide unauthorized medical advice
  • Engage in misleading advertising
  • Promise discounts or services not officially offered
  • Use deceptive methods to generate referrals

HANUONE may suspend or terminate a participant who violates program requirements.

16. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTP-enabled access.

Users must immediately notify HANUONE if they suspect unauthorized access.

HANUONE is not responsible for losses resulting from the user’s failure to protect account access, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce malware
  • Scrape or copy platform data without authorization
  • Interfere with platform security
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Submit false medical information
  • Abuse Healthcare Providers
  • Upload unlawful or offensive content
  • Use HANUONE for unlawful commercial activities
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Conduct fraudulent transactions

18. Reviews and User Content

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, feedback or other content. Users must ensure that their submissions are truthful and do not contain:

  • Defamatory content
  • Private information belonging to another person
  • Discriminatory content
  • Threats
  • Illegal content
  • False medical allegations

HANUONE may moderate or remove content that violates applicable law or platform policies.

19. Intellectual Property

All HANUONE trademarks, logos, designs, software, content, text, graphics, interfaces and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to PAGD Healthcare Network Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

No user receives ownership rights merely by using the platform.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit HANUONE intellectual property without prior written permission.

20. Third-Party Services

HANUONE may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Laboratories
  • Pharmacies
  • Hospitals
  • Healthcare providers
  • Logistics providers
  • Communication providers
  • Mapping providers
  • Cloud infrastructure providers

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PAGD Healthcare is not responsible for independent third-party policies or systems except to the extent required under applicable law.

21. Availability of Services

We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee that HANUONE will always be:

Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Available
  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Secure against every possible threat
  • Available in every geographical location
  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Network failures
  • Partner availability
  • Force majeure events
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAGD Healthcare Network Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a user’s statutory consumer rights.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PAGD Healthcare Network Private Limited and its directors, employees, officers and authorized representatives against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of HANUONE
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized use of another person’s information
  • Unlawful content submitted by you
  • Violation of applicable law

24. Privacy

Your use of HANUONE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of HANUONE after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
